Puerto Rico's Fate Will Come Down to Decisions of a Single Judge

The judge overseeing Puerto Rico's restructuring will be deciding between the arguments of the commonwealth and its creditors in determining recoveries on more than $70 billion of debt. In an interview with Bloomberg, Jim Spiotto discussed what Puerto Rico's creditors are expected to ask from the judge and the potential issues that may arise.
