Overview

Helen Kasic is a paralegal in Chapman’s Commercial Lending Group, specializing in real estate. She supports partners and associates with due diligence review including analysis of title and survey, title clearance, preparation of loan documents, and coordination of closings.

Helen has spent her entire career working in large law firms. Her experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of an array of real estate assets including residential, office, retail, commercial, industrial, apartment buildings, hotels, golf courses, farms and vacant land representing lenders, developers, borrowers, purchasers, and sellers.

Helen’s experience also includes deeds in lieu of foreclosure, foreclosures, and lease reviews. She has assisted a premier non-profit home builder with their loan documentation, acquisitions, and sales on a probono basis.
