Puerto Rico Court Ruling Favors Bondholders

Many rulings of the rulings on Puerto Rico debt cases are heard by the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and based on past rulings, the court may declare the commonwealth's debt payment moratorium unconstitutional. In an interview with The Bond Buyer, Jim Spiotto discussed the court's rulings and what they says about future cases.
